About HRSS:

HR Services Solutions is an SDVOSB-led Joint Venture between the following four companies: DWBH, LLC (DWBHCORP); Coley & Associates, Inc.; Venesco, LLC; and Soft Power Solutions, LLC. Our diverse team offers notable combined capabilities with years of experience allowing us to provide exceptional services within the business size standard of our SDVOSB Managing Member.

The HRSS Team includes 11 companies total. The Joint Venture includes four member companies as highlighted above, and the other seven companies are under a standard prime-subcontractor relationship with the Joint Venture prime in accordance with FAR 9.601(2). The members of this team are leaders in their respective service areas, offering deep capability over a broad range of functional requirements. Most have successfully worked together previously – this is a proven team!

Our teams’ experience working together facilitates well-established operational processes, management structure, staffing approach, and successful track-record, both individually, and working as a team previously, which presents a tremendous capability and low-risk solution to our customers.
